       当他的家人来电告知母亲过世的消息，这位意气风发的律师瞬间像是泄了气的汽球，因为他知道，除了要面对母丧的痛苦之外，他将见到好久不见的父亲。他是小镇中任职超过四十年，嫉恶如仇的法官，从小对汉克帕玛更是严厉异常，汉克甚至直呼他“大法官”也不愿意叫他爸爸。
